If sitting back and watching isn’t your thing, we’ve got what you need. Join the lighting commission and fellow lighting designers at the Lighting Studio. This space is an intimate, interactive studio that allows participants to explore cutting edge equipment in a hands-on environment.
The studio consists of four small-scale lighting setups each with a control console and several lighting units. Consoles available for exploration will include Chamsys M80, ETC ION, Hog 4, Gio @5, and MA Dot 2.
Conference attendees will be able to reserve a time in the studio where they can explore the consoles on their own in a one-on-one environment. Feeling up for a challenge? Attempt one of the lighting challenges provided by the Lighting Commission.
The lighting studio will be located in room M115 in the Kentucky International Convention Center and will open Wednesday, March 20-Saturday, March 23 during select times.
The lighting studio is accessible through sign-up only. These spots are filling fast, so make sure to sign up to reserve your spot.
