Have you ever played mini golf indoors? After USITT 2017, the answer will be yes! Invited schools will be building miniature golf holes based on design and technical challenges. The miniature golf course will be available for use for all conference attendees. There will be a chance to vote on your favorite hole, design, and which hole was most challenging. The mini golf course will be weaved around “Not So Central Park” located in the back of the 2200 aisle of the stage expo floor.

The park will transport you to another place and time with outdoor themed backdrops, picnic blankets, street lights, and a giant chess set. While you enjoy mini golf and giant chess at the “Not So Central Park,” you will be surrounded by backdrops and lighting provided by our exhibiting companies. The park will be a great meeting location, or an ideal place to eat your lunch.

While you’re there, be sure to make your way to the Display Exhibits which will be placed throughout the convention center lobby areas. The costume and scenic design work of Jeff Struckman, Costume at the turn of the Century 1990-2015 exhibit, as well as an Architecture Award display will all be available for your viewing along with the popular Tech Expo and Cover the Walls.
