Pack your bags — USITT19 is only a week away! With so much to look forward to next week, we want to give you a few tips and reminders as you prepare for your trip to Louisville.
Registration: If you have not yet registered, what are you waiting for? Registering online is easy and will make for a speedy badge pick up once you arrive in Louisville.
Smile for the Camera: Looking for a new professional look? Make sure to stop by our new headshot booth on the Expo floor! Thanks to the sponsorship of Barbizon Lighting Company, USITT is excited to offer you professional headshots at no cost to you! There’s only a limited number of people that we can process through the booth during Expo hours, so make sure to head there as soon as possible.
Download the App: There’s an app for everything now, including USITT19! Read up on all the benefits of our rejuvenated app, here.
Follow Us: Follow USITT on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram! Conference-related posts and photos will be going up throughout the week keeping you in the loop with everything USITT 2019.
Plan Your Schedule: “There are so many opportunities at USITT19! Scour the app and website and do some homework before you go so that you can work out your ideal schedule in advance.” –Christine Troscher, Director of Education & Training.
There is A LOT to see at Conference. Help alleviate any confusion or stress of trying to schedule onsite by completing your schedule before you arrive. The Conference App allows you to plan out your schedule and keep track of all the special events, hands-on labs, demos, fashion shows, and more. By planning your schedule ahead of time, you’ll be able to focus on what’s in front of you at USITT19, not trying to plan your next move as you go.
Pro Tip: Wear comfortable shoes. You will definitely be getting your steps in throughout the week, so supportive shoes are a must.
