This session will introduce design concepts and, more importantly, technical methods used in live events produced at convention centers, hotel ballrooms, etc. Panelists will discuss differences between theater and corporate event design, including specifying equipment needed for a “bare walls” hotel or convention center rental space.

Presenters: Alice Perlmutter, Barry Phillips, Paul Sharwell, Scott Parker

Intermediate: Focus Charts Demystified (Light Lab)
